          How to deal with air compressor oil temperature too high? In the communication between air compressor oil and customers, the following aspects are summarized.
          (1) Ensure cooling effect of cooler
          The cooling mode of the compressor pressure sensor is also different over different machines. For example, air cooling is used for the air compressor pressure sensor on the mobile air compressor, while water cooling is used for the air compressor pressure sensor on the variable frequency air compressor. For air-cooled air compressor pressure sensor, the radiator must be kept clean; for water-cooled air compressor pressure sensor, if the air compressor temperature is too high, the cooling effect will be poor. When the pressure sensor of air compressor works, the pump wheel and turbine rotate at high speed, and the friction with the special oil of air compressor will generate a lot of heat, which will cause the oil temperature to rise; in order to ensure the normal oil temperature in the work, the special oil of air compressor which is heated in the pressure sensor of air compressor must flow out part of it and go in part of the special oil of air compressor which is cooled at the same time.
          At the bottom of the air compressor pressure sensor shell is the oil tank. The special oil of the air compressor heated in the circulation circle flows back to the oil tank from the outlet pressure valve. After the oil is absorbed by the hydraulic pump from the oil tank, it flows back to the circulation circle through the oil filter and radiator for cooling compensation.
          If the inlet pressure valve is not adjusted properly, when the oil pressure is low, there will be a lot of agglomerated bubbles in the front section of the vane in the pump wheel, which will reduce the efficiency of the air compressor pressure sensor and increase the oil temperature. If the pressure at the outlet of the air compressor pressure sensor is too high, the oil quantity of the cooler will be insufficient and the oil temperature will be increased. The pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pressure sensor of the air compressor is different for different models. For example, the pressure at the inlet pressure valve of the pressure sensor of the air compressor over the variable frequency air compressor is 870kpa, and the pressure at the outlet pressure valve is 450kpa
          (2) The oil quantity of air compressor pressure sensor shall be sufficient and high quality shall be ensured
          The power loss of the pressure sensor of the hydraulic air compressor is 20% ~ 25% of the rated power of the air compressor. These power will be converted into heat energy to raise the working oil temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to have enough oil to absorb these heat and dissipate it before cooling in time. For this reason, all kinds of machines have clearly defined how much oil they have, and the driver must check and supplement them frequently. Torque converter oil must be used for oil quality. If the viscosity of the oil is too large, the speed of oil injected by the pump wheel to the turbine will be reduced, resulting in the increase of oil temperature. At the same time, the loss of oil mixing by the working wheel of air compressor pressure sensor will be increased, and the oil temperature will also be increased.
          (3) Control stall
          In the construction process of mobile air compressor and variable frequency air compressor, the external resistance is difficult to predict, and often encounter an insurmountable sudden load, which will inevitably lead to the failure of the pressure sensor of hydraulic air compressor. In the case of stall, the input power of the air compressor to the pressure sensor of the air compressor will be all converted into heat energy, which will increase the oil temperature of the pressure sensor of the air compressor, leading to the early aging and life reduction of various seals of the pressure sensor of the air compressor.
